Aims & Objectives

The Kartar Singh Charitable Trust is established with the aim to benefit the citizens of India with the class of people in line with the ideologies of Chaudhary Charan Singh Ji without any discrimination of caste, religion, creed, or sex.

The objects of the Trust are:

• To promote literary, cultural, educational, and research activities, particularly for women, children, and disadvantaged groups.
• To facilitate, organize, support, and promote skill development projects, digital initiatives, and Government projects like Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, Make in India, etc.
• To reduce and check morbidity, child mortality, and fertility, activate health outreach programs, and train health workers to promote preventive and curative health services and combat drug abuse and alcoholism.
• To facilitate and support efforts of socially, physically, and naturally challenged persons, especially women, children, poor minorities, differently-abled persons, and adolescents, to improve their social, educational, and economic status through provisions of technology and resources.
• Integration with International Societies, Local and National level NGOs, Trusts, and Institutions to promote welfare related to disability and human rights.
• To improve cultural, educational, and social conditions of people, undertake multi-disciplinary programs, and work for democracy, good governance, and realization of human rights, international peace, justice, and cooperation while creating awareness about the RTI Act.
• To undertake youth club activities, promote youth initiatives and training, conduct entrepreneurship development programs, organize National Integration Camps, seminars, and life skill education, and focus on the overall development and empowerment of adolescents.
• To undertake programs for the prevention and resolution of conflicts through justice, peace, cooperation, and human dignity while addressing suicide prevention, prisoner education, welfare, and inclusion in mainstream human development programs.
• To undertake programs of urban and rural development, slum community development, low-cost sanitation, civic amenities, and public services, as well as assist in activities curbing pollution, waste management, and natural resource management.
• To promote and develop small rural technologies, micro-finance initiatives, micro-enterprises, watershed management, and the development of waste and other unutilized resources.
